Black Belt Grading - August 9th, 2019
On Friday, August 9th, Kerry Baker successfully graded to 1st Dan at
the Federation Summer Black Belt grading in Wolcott CT. A total of
twenty-seven students from across the Federation successfully graded.
Congratulations
to all of the students who graded, and a special thank you to all of
their Black Belts classmates who came to support them!

Foster Old Home Days Demo - July 30th, 2019
The 25th Annual Foster Old Home Days Demo was a smashing success! Thank you students and instructors for all of your hard work. Pictures have been uploaded to our online drive space and we will upload videos to our YouTube channel over the coming weeks.
